To book an appointment, please phone (07) 4635 6111 during business hours.
Every effort is made to accommodate your preferred time and GP. Our practice accepts walk-in patients and where possible the appointment will be with your preferred doctor, however, please understand this may not always be possible, and there may also be a waiting time. Emergency appointments will be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there will be any delays or your GP has been called away. New patients will be given a 20-minute appointment to allow the GP time to learn about their previous history and medical conditions.

Let your receptionist know if/why you need a longer consultation. We don’t mind if you need more time and we want to make sure we give each patient the time they need.
If in doubt, always ask the receptionist when making an appointment.
Examples of longer consultations include (but not limited to):

A ‘list’ of health checks or concerns
