Occasionally we may ask you to assist by filling out confidential patient questionnaire. This helps improve our service.

If you feel like we can improve our service – or that you appreciate a particular service – please let our Practice Manager know.


We take your concerns, suggestions, and complaints very seriously. 

If you have a problem with our service, we would like to know first. We are still human but we pride ourselves on the compassion and care we give to our patients. 

If you feel we have slipped up, please talk to your doctor, to the receptionist or practice manager.  You may prefer to write an use our suggestion box – or send us a letter directly. 

If you are still unhappy with the resolution to your complaint,  you can contact the QLD Health Quality and Complaints Commission on 1800 077 308.
